Failure: The chip component placement machine throws more material during suction, which exceeds the allowable range of the machine.

   Troubleshooting: After careful inspection, it is found that there is some deviation in the picking position of individual feeding stations. Adjusting the positions of these feeding stations in the machine parameters eliminates the fault.
