Mounter maintenance is divided into weekly maintenance monthly maintenance:

Weekly maintenance:

1. Weekly check clean the dirt on the xyw shaft screw.

2.Check for dirt on the cleaning lens.

3. Check the xy-axis guide for foreign matter residues. If the oil is hardened, re-grease.

4. Check whether the placement head guide rail run smoothly. If there is abnormal sound the movement is smooth, check the part for displacement in time, adjust apply lubricant in time.

Monthly maintenance:

1. Check the cleaning nozzle filter cotton, replace them if they are worn.

2.Clean the XY axis guide, xyw screw, z axis gear change lubricant.

3. Check whether the lights lasers are normal, adjust replace them if there is any abnormality.

4. Check whether the transmission is running smoothly, see if the transmission belt is worn loose, adjust replace it if necessary.
