Mounter failure 4: Cannot replace the nozzle

Failure: The YVL80 placement head has a failure when replacing the nozzle, the nozzle to be replaced cannot be placed in the corresponding nozzle station.

  Troubleshooting: We teach the placement head of the nozzle to be replaced to the position of the corresponding nozzle station, then lower the placement head, check the consistency between the nozzle the nozzle station. After inspection, we found that there is a deviation of about 1 millimeter, the data of the nozzle station was corrected. After re-production, no nozzle replacement error occurred.
