It is estimated that they have been broken down by high voltage. Remove these two capacitors replace them with two new capacitors with large voltage resistance. Use a multimeter to check that the 15V voltage output is normal. Reinstall the control power supply. Turn on the power of the device after checking that the reflow soldering is normal.
